Dalgano Coffee | My Secret Ingredient

Due to Covid-19 Whipped Coffee has been one of the biggest trends on social media due to isolation at home. I first noticed this trend while I was aimlessly scrolling through TikTok – a popular social media app that allows you to create short videos to share with the world.

The recipe is literally so easy to make, and there’s only three ingredients –Instant Coffee, Boiling Water, and Sugar. When I first made my whipped coffee drink I used real sugar but noticed the taste was still very bitter! So the next morning I decided to try something different… instead of white sugar, I used Brown Sugar! The taste and flavor completely changed and made the drink way more delightful.

Follow my steps below and learn how to make the BEST DALGANO COFFEE you’ve ever made!

The Best Whipped Coffee

  • Instant Coffee
  • Brown Sugar
  • Boiling Water
  • Ice
  • Caramel Drizzle
  • Milk – I like Almond Milk, but Whole Milk gives the drink a more thicker consistency.

In a mixing bowl mix 2 Tbs. of Instant Coffee with 2 Tbs. of Boiling Water and 2 Tbs. of Brown Sugar. I like to use a hand mixer because it makes your life so much easier. My first time making this drink I whisked everything by hand, and my hand almost fell off. It hurt so bad. As you keep mixing the consistency changes dramatically! Before you even start mixing the consistency looks watery, but after 5 good minutes of mixing your left with the fluffiest looking, pillow-top whipped cream! It’s absolutely gorgeous. Side note, I would also recommend using an electric kettle for your boiling water. It’s so easy and fast! (I’ve linked mine below)

Next you want to grab a mason jar, a fancy cocktail glass, or really anything you have on hand. I just like to use a clear glass because of aesthetics. Grab your caramel, and drizzle it all around your glass – it’s going to look so cute! After the drizzle is in your glass, fill it up with some ice, then pour your milk almost to the top. Next, scoop a heaping spoonful of the whipped coffee and top your milk off. Add some extra caramel drizzle to the top. I like to give mine a good stir with a metal straw before I start drinking it, and VIOLA! you have yourself the most delightful morning coffee drink. It literally taste like a Caramel Frappuccino from Starbucks!
